Refund Policy
If a customer has not used the services provided by the SQRAMIT app, a refund will be issued within 3 days of the refund request. If the customer encounters a problem while using the app and the problem cannot be resolved by SQRAMIT , a refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Customers who have not booked any services through the SQRAMIT app may cancel their accounts at any time. If a customer has booked a service through the app but wishes to cancel, they must do so at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service. If a customer cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled service, they may be subject to additional cancellation fees or penalties.

Restrictions on Refunds and Cancellations
Customers must not book a service or contact the service provider outside of the SQRAMIT app. Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of the customer's account and may void any applicable refund or cancellation rights. Providers must also use the app to provide their services and must not contact customers outside of the app.

Refund and Cancellation Timeframe
Refunds will be issued within 3 weekdays of the refund request. Customers must cancel their booking at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service may be subject to additional fees or penalties.

Fees
There are no fees associated with refunds or cancellations made through the SQRAMIT app.
